We are very excited for our Fall Oak Grove Young Children's School Consignment Sale this fall, September 29th - 30th. We have many changes happening at YCS.
* All items will be in one location this Fall. "Check In" is at Scout Hall for clothing and books. "Check In" for toys, big ticket items, large equipment, and outdoor toys will be at the tent clearly marked by the new entrance to the school.
*The LAST DAY to ENTER ITEMS will be Saturday September 23rd. This will not be the normal Sunday before the sale - the sale will lock at midnight on SATURDAY!!
*We are accepting donations for toys, large equipment, and nursery items in Scout Hall from August 22nd to September 15th.
*All pajamas and shoes will be displayed in boxes and need to be put in zip lock bags taped shut.
*We are only accepting Fall & Winter clothing. We proudly support the Spring Glenn School Sale - March 9-10, 2018.
*We will have one "Check Out" location. All registers will be in Scout Hall.
*There is a 150 book limit per consignor / household
*We are once again utilizing LIGHT GREEN TAGS for all NON-Donation items. (items you would like returned to you) All white tags will end up donated, even if they are designated "No Donation," in the system because of our sorting process after the sale ends.

All proceeds from this sale will be used to enhance the resources and equipment available to the children at Oak Grove Young Children's School. This fundraiser provides special elements to our school such as an on staff Occupational Therapist, an amazing Science teacher, our Baby Signs curriculum and the Brain & Body gross motor program. Over the years funds have purchased new chairs for the classrooms, new gym equipment, maintained playgrounds and have helped put new flooring in our PreK classrooms. Parent Council has worked closely with the teachers to create a 2017 wish list for our children.
The Consignment Sale is a community building event and a ministry. Our commitment to keeping tuition reasonable is a part of our mission. Your donated (unsold) items benefit Refugees through New American Pathways, Caring 4 Clarkson, American Kidney Fund, Salvation Army, St. VGincent DePaul and other non-profits. The profit from this sale benefits each of our children, builds community and fosters spiritual connections.
