Parent Shift Registration
Parents will be notified by email when Shift Registration opens.
The 2011 Fall/Winter Consignment Sale is quickly approaching on September 22nd, 23rd and 24th (shifts begin on the 19th) and we need your help to make our largest fundraiser a success. To adequately staff all shifts, each family is asked to work at least 2 shifts OR a 2-for-1 shift per sale.
Availability of shifts will be posted online using our consignment sale software – MyConsignment Manager. Click on the link to enter the system.
MyCM shows the shifts available in real time and allows parents to make shift choices and receive instant email confirmation of assigned shifts. If you are a new user on the system, please register to see the available shifts. If you have used the system before, use your login to sign in. NOTE: this is also the system our consignors use to tag their items and manage their inventory for the sale. Once you’re logged in, click on ‘Volunteer’ from the main menu.
Please check your schedule carefully, as we like to limit changes and shifts are assigned on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Once a shift is full, it will be unavailable. Nannies and grandparents are also welcome to sign-up to fulfill a family's shift requirement. There are jobs for moms and dads alike. Dads are especially helpful in the setup and breakdown shifts and as helpers in the Large Equipment/Large Toy rooms.

This is a great opportunity for YCS parents to make new friends or get reacquainted with friends you haven't seen for a while. It is also a time to get some really good deals on everything your child may need for the coming year and ALL the proceeds go to a good cause - OUR CHILDREN.
