The 2010 Fall/Winter Consignment Sale is quickly approaching on September 22nd, 23rd and 24th (shifts begin on the 21st) and we need your help to make our largest fundraiser a success. To adequately staff all shifts, each family is asked to work at least 2 shifts OR a 2-for-1 shift per sale.
Availability of shifts will be posted online in real-time and will allow parents to make shift choices and receive instant email confirmation of assigned shifts. Please check your schedule carefully, as the system will only allow each family to register once for shifts and shifts are assigned on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Once a shift is full, it will be closed. Nannies and grandparents are also welcome to sign-up to fulfill a family's shift requirement.
There are jobs for moms and dads alike. Dads are especially helpful in the setup and breakdown shifts and as helpers in the Large Equipment/Large Toy rooms.
Online registration starts Tuesday, August 31st and will be open for one week only. You will receive an email that morning with the registration webpage information. Please contact us at volunteer@ogycs.org with any questions.
This is a great opportunity for new YCS parents and returning parents to make new friends or get reacquainted with friends you haven't seen for a while. It is also a time to get some really good deals on everything your child may need for the coming year and ALL the proceeds go to a good cause - OUR CHILDREN.
