Seller Registration Opens Friday, July 1st, 2016 at 10:00am

While we will use care in dealing with your merchandise, Oak Grove Young Children's School cannot be responsible for items that are damaged, lost or stolen. We reserve the right to remove items from the sale floor which do not meet our quality standards but were missed during screening. (LIGHT GREEN tagged items will be returned to you at pick-up). We also reserve the right to exclude or remove sellers and shoppers from our sale that do not show 'shopping and selling ethics' necessary to make this a fair and fun sale.

Please register early, as Seller Openings are limited and are assigned on a first come, first served basis.

 

All consignors (new and those who consigned at previous sales) must register for each sale. Each consignor prepays a $10.00 registration fee via PayPal during registration.  **No checks or mailed payments will be accepted**  Registration is not complete until the registration fee is paid online.  Any incomplete registrations will be deleted after 48 hours to allow others to register.

 

Please read our guidelines for online tag creation before entering your items and printing your price tags in the MyCM system.  Our sale requires tags made of LIGHT GREEN or WHITE cardstock.

This link (http://www.myconsignmentmanager.com/ogycsconsign/index.html) was created for our sale and should always be used when you need to login and create your price tags - you can come back as often as you like to enter items and print price tags. You do not have to do it all at once. 

 

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email which mentions needing to select a check-in time - this is just a reminder that is in every confirmation. If you immediately selected a time, don't worry that the email said this. Check-in time is required but not a forced step in the registration process - It is an option in the top right menu and you can even change your time yourself later if there are other openings to choose from.
