Fall/Winter Sale

Our Fall/Winter Clothing Sale is coming up in September and we need your help! The sale is a great opportunity to be involved in a school and community project, meet many parents and have fun! As you recall, all families agreed to work at least two shifts per sale at the time of school registration. We still anticipate being short some shifts so please work as many shifts as your schedule will allow. Proceeds from the sale will be used to fund capital improvements for the school. Your time and energy are appreciated in making the sale a success. If you have a physical limitation (pregnant, injury, etc.), we can give you a light job during the sale, please contact Volunteer via email as soon as possible.

There are jobs for Moms and Dads alike. Dads, we could especially use your help to work setup, breakdown and any shift in our large toy and equipment rooms. Nannies and grandparents are also welcome to sign-up to fulfill a family's shift requirement.

Please check your schedule carefully, as the system will only allow each family to register once for shifts and shifts are assigned on a 1st come, 1st served basis. Shift(s) will be assigned INSTANTLY followed by an email confirmation to the email address provided. If you have a flexible schedule, we ask that you register for shifts that are most in need of workers. The number of workers needed will be displayed in the "spaces remaining" column.

As you complete the form below, please keep the following information in mind:

Set up shifts - Set up shifts are primarily setting up racks, tables, shelving, moving furniture, merchandise screening and distributing incoming merchandise.

Sale shifts - Sale shifts during the actual Sale hours include working in all sales areas to ensure customers are assisted when needed and merchandise remains organized and in the proper location. Sale shifts also include checkout, customer pick up of large items and other duties as needed.

Breakdown - Breakdown shifts are primarily the sorting of merchandise for donation and consignor pickup. A few individuals are also needed to breakdown racks, move furniture and do general cleanup.

After School Childcare - A next to the shift time indicates that after school childcare (playgroup) is available for this shift for children who are at least 3 years old and fully potty-trained.

"2 for 1" Shift - These are our longest and hardest to fill shifts. One of these will satisfy the 2 shift per family requirement.
